Electrical Design

Engineer to support the design and engineering team in preparing electrical drawings and documentation for LT/HT Electrical Panels, PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF, VFD, PLC and automation panels. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers and production teams to develop accurate and practical electrical designs.

Key Responsibilities  Assist in preparing electrical drawings, SLDs, control circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams and panel layouts.  Prepare and modify electrical drawings as per project requirements.  Assist in preparing BOM/MTO and electrical component lists.  Support the selection of electrical components such as MCCB, MCB, contactors, relays, CTs, meters, VFDs, PLCs and other control components.  Understand customer specifications and project requirements.  Assist senior engineers in designing PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF, VFD, PLC and automation panels.  Coordinate with the Production, Estimation, Purchase and QA/QC teams for design-related requirements.  Make necessary changes and revisions in drawings based on technical feedback.  Provide technical support to the production team whenever required.  Ensure drawings are accurate and follow company standards and project specifications.  Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions and design documents.  Assist in resolving design-related issues during panel manufacturing and testing.



 Learn and implement applicable IEC/IS standards and electrical safety requirements.  Complete assigned design work within the required timelines.

Required Skills &

Qualifications  Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.  0–1 year of experience in electrical design; freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.  Basic knowledge of LT/HT electrical panels and industrial electrical systems.  Basic understanding of PCC, MCC, APFC, AMF, VFD and PLC panels.  Knowledge of AutoCAD is required.  Knowledge of EPLAN / AutoCAD Electrical will be an added advantage.  Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and SLDs.  Basic knowledge of electrical components and their applications.  Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.  Good analytical and problem-solving skills.  Good communication and coordination skills.  Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.

Areas (KRA)  Timely completion of assigned drawings.  Accuracy of electrical drawings and BOMs.  Minimum design errors and revisions.  Proper documentation and revision control.  Effective coordination with production and other departments.  Compliance with project specifications and company design standards.  Continuous improvement of technical knowledge.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates having experience in electrical panel manufacturing, switchgear, industrial automation or electrical engineering companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
