Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Automation.

Role Purpose

Lead electrical, instrumentation, automation and control systems for ISP projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead electrical and automation engineering.
- Review power distribution architecture.
- Manage PLC, DCS, SCADA, Level-1 and Level-2 automation.
- Coordinate drives, motors and VFD systems.
- Review control philosophies and instrumentation.
- Coordinate automation interfaces between plant units.
- Lead FAT, SAT and software testing.
- Manage automation commissioning.
- Coordinate OEMs, system integrators and EPC contractors.
- Ensure automation system redundancy and reliability.
- Support commissioning and troubleshooting.




- Ensure smooth project-to-operations handover.

The ideal candidates should have:
- 15-25 years of total professional experience.
- Solid experience in steel, metals, heavy engineering, EPC or large industrial projects.
- Experience in greenfield/brownfield projects will be preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing large multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong EPC contractor and technology supplier management experience.
- Experience in commissioning and plant ramp-up is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of industrial HSE requirements.
- Willingness to work from Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and travel to project sites as required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects within schedule, budget and quality requirements.
