Role Description This is a full-time, in office Electrical Design Engineer role based in Vadodara.

The Electrical Design

Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for civil and infrastructure projects, including power distribution, lighting, and building services. Daily activities include preparing design calculations, drawings, schematics, and technical documentation; coordinating with civil, structural, and mechanical teams; and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.



The role involves reviewing project requirements, performing load calculations, selecting equipment, and optimizing electrical layouts for safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

The Electrical Design

Engineer will also support project execution through site visits, technical clarifications, and collaboration with contractors, vendors, and clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Design and Design Engineering for building and infrastructure projects.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Electrical Engineering and Electricity fundamentals, including safety standards and regulations.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Power Distribution systems, including load calculations, panel sizing, and network layouts.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience with relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or electrical design tools) and familiarity with national and international electrical codes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information clearly to stakeholders.
- Prior experience in building services, industrial projects, or infrastructure works is an advantage.
