Job Brief

DTRA Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (Dipole) is hiring an experienced Electrical Engineering Head to lead our industrial automation, PLC/VFD programming, and control systems engineering. You will oversee end-to-end electrical design, panel wiring, automation programming, and site execution for Powder Coating Plants, Pre-Treatment Lines, CED Coating Systems, and Industrial Ovens.

Key Responsibilities

- PLC & VFD Programming: Program, integrate, and troubleshoot Mitsubishi PLCs (GX Works2/3), Delta PLCs, and Schneider VFDs (Altivar series) for industrial machinery lines.

- Paintshop Automation: Manage control logic for Pre-Treatment (PT) dip/spray lines, electro-deposition tanks, industrial burners, exhaust blowers, and conveyor synchronization.

- Control System & Panel Design: Design and review 2D Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), electrical schematics, MCC/PCC control panel layouts, and cable schedules using AutoCAD.

- Troubleshooting & Electronics Maintenance: Perform root-cause analysis on power electronics, PCB control cards, relays, sensors, and burner safety interlocks.

- Site Execution & Technical Support: Visit client sites across Delhi-NCR to supervise panel commissioning, perform site surveys,



and assist the technical sales team during client discussions.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or Instrumentation & Control.

- Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Paintshop, Surface Coating, or Industrial Manufacturing Units.

- Mandatory Software & Hardware Knowledge:

- PLC: Mitsubishi (FX / Q Series) and Delta PLC programming.

- Drives & HMI: Schneider VFD parameterization, Delta HMIs, and Modbus/Ethernet protocols.

- Drafting: 2D AutoCAD for electrical control schematics.

- Vehicle Requirement: Personal 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler with a valid driving license for local site visits.

- Work Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana

- Schedule: Day shift (Monday to Saturday)

- Supplemental Pay: Site Travel Allowance (TA/DA) provided

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
