Role Description The Educational Content Developer will design, write, and refine learning materials for digital courses, bootcamps, and training programs across domains such as AI, data, cloud, and digital skills. This full time remote role involves creating structured curricula, lesson plans, assessments, and interactive resources that align with PPStack’s pedagogical standards and industry requirements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include researching emerging trends, translating complex technical concepts into accessible content, and collaborating with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and media teams.



The role also includes maintaining content quality and consistency across platforms, optimizing materials for learner engagement and outcomes, and updating existing content based on feedback and performance data.

The Educational Content

Developer may support webinars, workshops, and knowledge summits by preparing learning materials, presentation content, and supporting documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Content Development and Content Strategy skills for designing curricula, modules, and structured learning paths.
- Candidates should possess solid Writing and Communication skills to present complex ideas clearly and engagingly for diverse learner audiences.
- Candidates should possess effective Research skills to gather, validate, and synthesize information from academic, industry, and technical sources.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in educational content creation, instructional design, or EdTech, especially in technology or digital skills domains.
- Candidates should have familiarity with online learning platforms, basic learning design principles, and analytics-driven content improvement.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
- A relevant bachelor’s degree (Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field) or equivalent practical experience is beneficial.
