Role Description The Education Counselor will work full time on-site at the New Delhi office, supporting students who seek overseas education opportunities. Daily responsibilities include meeting with students and families, understanding their academic profiles and aspirations, and advising them on suitable countries, universities, and programs. The role involves guiding students through application processes, documentation, test requirements, and timelines, as well as providing basic information on visas and admission procedures.

The counselor will conduct information sessions, maintain accurate student records,



and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application handling. This role also requires staying informed about changing international education trends, admission criteria, and scholarship options to provide current and relevant guidance.

Qualifications

- Strong Educational Consulting and Education knowledge, with the ability to explain global education systems and program options clearly.
- Proven Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills, including the ability to assess student profiles and recommend suitable academic and career paths.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with students, families, and institutional partners.
- Ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and maintain a student-centered approach while handling diverse backgrounds.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience in overseas education counseling or admissions advisory services is strongly preferred.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and office productivity software to manage student data and communication.
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple student cases and deadlines simultaneously.
