Role & responsibilities

- Marketplace Reconciliation: Reconcile daily/monthly payouts, commission deductions, shipping fees, and logistics claims from platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or quick-commerce apps. [1, 2]

- Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain accurate general ledgers, record vendor invoices, and manage accounts receivable/payable SAP B-1

- Accounts Receivables: Manage up to date data for pending payments and send reminders

- Ledger Reconciliations: Reconcile Vendor and customer ledgers periodically.

- Tax Compliance: Handle GST, TDS, and digital sales tax filings alongside audit documentation

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA Inter/CPA is a plus).

- Experience: 2 to 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably within an online retail or D2C setting.

- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and working knowledge of ERP software like SAP B-1

- Domain Knowledge: Solid grasp of multi-state GST rules, marketplace commission structures, and chargeback dispute handling.
