Position Details

- Role: Content Executive
- Hire Mode: Full Time (Lateral)

- Work Location: Malkajgiri, Hyderabad
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday, every 3rd Saturday being holiday, but if any deadlines are there, it may vary based on the work.
- Shift Timings: General Shift: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM IST, Second Shift: 11.00 AM to 08.00 PM IST.

Educational Qualification

- B. Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Content Development, can apply.

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic B. Tech/ B.E. graduates to join our Content Development team as a Content Executive Intern. This role involves creating high-quality technical, educational,



and training content using presentation and multimedia development tools.

Ideal candidate should possess strong PowerPoint presentation skills, an eye for visual design, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Visual communication, instructional content, presentation design, and storytelling, along with the ability to work with tight project timelines.
- Develop PowerPoint-based e-learning content aligned with learning objectives and client requirements.
- Convert raw content, reference materials, and subject matter into clear, structured, and engaging learning slides.
- Design visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint and its advanced features.
- Create appropriate layouts, diagrams, flowcharts, timelines, infographics, icons, tables, and visual elements.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, layouts, alignment, spacing, and overall visual language.
- Develop content that is suitable for corporate training and e-learning environments.
- Apply basic principles of instructional design and visual storytelling to improve learner engagement.
- Work with voice-over scripts, on-screen text (OST), storyboards, and other e-learning assets.
- Conduct thorough content, visual, formatting, and quality checks before delivery.
- Incorporate feedback from internal reviewers and clients and make necessary revisions.




- Coordinate with Instructional Designers, SMEs, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and other project teams.
- Ensure projects are completed within defined quality standards, timelines, and specifications.
- Maintain organized project files and follow established content-development processes.

Required Skills

- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of presentation design principles, layouts, animations, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Basic understanding of engineering concepts and the ability to interpret technical information effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new content development tools and technologies.

Preferred Skills (Positive to Have)

- Experience with any of the following tools will be an added advantage:
- Canva
- DaVinci Resolve
- Camtasia
- Articulate Storyline 360
- Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- Any content creation, video editing, graphic design, or e-learning development tools

Compensation Compensation ranges from 15K per month to 25K Per month based on skills & experience.

Selection Criteria

- Candidates will be evaluated based on:
- PowerPoint presentation skills and portfolio/work samples.
- Communication and content creation abilities.
- Creativity, visual design sense, and attention to detail.
- Technical understanding and problem-solving approach.
- Willingness and ability to learn new tools and technologies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
