Key Responsibilities

Review flagged electronic communications (email, chat, and related channels) against defined lexicon-based policy criteria.

Explicit routine alerts and escalate any ambiguous, high-risk, or potential-breach items to an onshore senior reviewer for final determination.

Maintain accurate, timely records of review outcomes within the assigned surveillance platform.

Operate within a structured daily queue, meeting agreed turnaround times.

Minimum Requirements

1. Prior hands-on experience with an e-communication surveillance platform (e.g., Global Relay, Smarsh, ComplySci, Behavox, or equivalent).
2. Written and spoken English proficiency at CEFR C1 or equivalent.
3. No conflicts of interest with the client or its clients; no outside employment in financial services.
4. Willingness to complete a background check (criminal, credit, sanctions/PEP screen) and sign a confidentiality and data-handling agreement.
5. Willingness to work within a controlled physical environment: no printing, screenshotting, or recording of in-scope data; clean-desk policy; no personal devices (phones/cameras) at the workstation.
6. Available for a minimum daily overlap of 4 hours with US and/or UK business hours.
