WE’RE HIRING | E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS FREELANCER

Kids of Greendeer is looking for an E-Commerce Operations Freelancer with 1–3 years of experience to manage our day-to-day marketplace and D2C operations.

The person should have hands-on experience with:

Product listing and catalogue management on FirstCry, Nykaa, Myntra, & others.

Understanding the right listing formats, attributes, images, descriptions, sizes, pricing and inventory requirements for different portals.

Managing product listings and catalogue on our D2C website.

Managing orders, shipments, returns and exchanges.

Coordinating with logistics partners and monitoring the overall logistics operation.

Managing and tracking payment reconciliations across marketplaces.





Working with e-commerce software / OMS / inventory management systems.

Maintaining accurate inventory, order and sales records.

- Identifying and resolving day-to-day marketplace and operational issues.

What we’re looking for

Someone who is hands-on, organised, detail-oriented and understands the backend of e-commerce.

Experience: 1–3 years

Engagement: Freelance / Part time

Location: Delhi/NCR preferred, but open to the right candidate.
