We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist with 3 years of hands-on experience in marketplace advertising and campaign management.

The candidate must have practical experience creating, managing, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, or Myntra.

This is not a general digital marketing role. Marketplace advertising experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and/or Myntra.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, conversions, sales, and ad spend.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve sales and ROAS.
- Manage campaign budgets and identify underperforming campaigns.
- Prepare daily/weekly campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with creative, brand, and e-commerce teams for campaign assets and requirements.
- Support advertising campaigns during major e-commerce sale periods.
- Monitor campaign performance and make timely adjustments based on data.

Requirements
- 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or marketplace advertising.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, or Myntra advertising.
- Experience in campaign setup, execution, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
- Robust understanding of ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, conversions, and campaign spend.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns.
- Personal laptop is mandatory.

Important

This is an urgent requirement, and we are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on experience creating, launching, managing, monitoring, and optimizing advertising campaigns on at least one of the following platforms: Amazon, Flipkart, or Myntra.

Candidates with actual hands-on marketplace advertising experience will be given preference. General digital marketing experience without marketplace campaign management experience may not be suitable for this role.

Work & Contract Details

- 3-Month Contract
- Work From Office – Bangalore
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates currently based in Bangalore will be preferred.
- Personal laptop required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
