About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to manage the day-to-day operations of our online marketplaces and e-commerce channels.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of marketplace operations and be comfortable working with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify and other e-commerce/quick-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplaces
- Create, update and maintain product listings, titles, descriptions, images, attributes and SKUs
- Manage product inventory, pricing and stock updates
- Process and monitor customer orders, cancellations, returns and refunds
- Monitor order dispatch, delivery and pending orders
- Handle basic marketplace issues and raise cases with marketplace support teams
- Monitor product listing status, suppressed/inactive listings and resolve basic issues
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for timely order processing and dispatch
- Maintain daily sales, order and inventory reports in Excel
- Monitor product performance,



sales and stock levels
- Assist in managing marketplace promotions, offers and discounts
- Support basic marketplace advertising and campaign activities
- Ensure product information and catalogue data are accurate across platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub / Meesho / Shopify or similar platforms
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations, orders, inventory and listings
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn new marketplaces and e-commerce tools

Preferred Candidate
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant e-commerce experience
- Freshers with strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations may also be considered

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
