- Lead and manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function
- Oversee a team of 13-15 members

About Our Client This organisation operates in the chemical industry and is based in Navi Mumbai. Banking, Treasury & Insurance:

- Manage corporate banking relationships.
- Manage daily cash flow and liquidity requirements.
- Prepare short-term and long-term cash forecasts.
- Optimise working capital and investment opportunities.
- Monitor foreign exchange exposure and hedging activities.
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies and audit requirements.

Insurance
- Manage corporate insurance programs (Property, Liability, Marine, Employee Benefits, Cyber, etc.).
- Coordinate policy renewals and premium negotiations.
- Handle insurance claims and settlements.
- Assess organisational risks and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Liaise with insurers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.

P2P Operations
- Manage complete P2P life cycle: Vendor on boarding, PO processing, invoice processing, and payments
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and SLA adherence
- Handle vendor reconciliations and issue resolution

Financial Reporting & Schedule Preparation

- Prepare TB-mapped financial schedules ensuring end-to-end linkage (TB → Schedule → FS → Notes)
- Ensure accurate accounting of payables, accruals, provisions, and expense classification Perform vendor, GR/IR,



and advance reconciliations with audit-ready supporting Maintain complete documentation (SAP extracts, workings) for audit traceability Ensure Ind AS compliance and support smooth audit reviews with robust IFC/SOX controls

Digitisation & Automation
- Drive automation and transformation initiatives across P2P
- Implement and enhance ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Increase adoption of digital tools (OCR, RPA, workflows)
- Enable paperless and efficient processes

Process & Controls
- Strengthen internal controls, audit readiness (SOX/IFC)
- Standardise processes and improve efficiency
- Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement

- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Treasury Management Systems
- FX and hedging knowledge
- Strong expertise in P2P processes
- Experience in finance digitisation / transformation
- Hands-on with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset

Qualifications

- 10-12 years of relevant experience in Banking, Treasury & Finance Operations / P2P & O2C
- Experience of managing teams
