About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Account Manager to manage and grow seller accounts across major online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Myntra, and other e-commerce platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day marketplace operations, account performance, catalog management, sales growth, inventory coordination, and resolving marketplace-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned e-commerce seller accounts.
- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Myntra, etc.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings and catalogs.
- Monitor account health, seller performance, ratings, reviews, and marketplace metrics.
- Handle product listing, cataloging, pricing, inventory, orders, returns, and cancellations.
- Identify and resolve listing errors, suppressed products, pricing issues, and other marketplace-related problems.
- Manage bulk listings and product uploads through Excel/templates.
- Coordinate with clients/sellers regarding products, pricing, inventory, promotions, and marketplace requirements.
- Monitor daily sales and marketplace performance.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve sales and account performance.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, offers, and deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as catalog, design, operations, and sales.
- Raise and follow up on seller support tickets until resolution.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Track competitor pricing, products, and marketplace trends.
- Take ownership of assigned accounts and ensure timely completion of all operational activities.
- Achieve account-wise sales and performance targets.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, JioMart, or Myntra.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.




- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of product cataloging and listing optimization.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple seller accounts simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of work.
- Ability to work with large amounts of product data.
- Good knowledge of marketplace policies and seller performance metrics.

Education:

Graduation in any stream is preferred.

Candidates with relevant e-commerce experience and strong marketplace knowledge may also be considered irrespective of specialization.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
