Role Description The Duty Manager is a full time, on-site role based at The Deltin Daman in Daman. This role is responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, coordinating with front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

The Duty

Manager monitors guest check-in and check-out processes, resolves guest concerns promptly, and maintains high standards of hospitality and service quality. The role involves supervising staff on shift, managing occupancy and room allocations, overseeing safety and security protocols, and supporting the execution of events and banquets.

Manager also prepares shift reports, communicates operational issues to senior management, and helps implement hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong hotel operations and front office management skills, including guest services, reservation handling, and shift supervision.
- Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage guest feedback and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess organizational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize during peak hours, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Candidates should possess basic financial and reporting skills, including familiarity with daily revenue reports, occupancy tracking, and use of property management systems.
- Candidates should possess leadership capabilities, including team guidance, performance monitoring, and support in training and mentoring staff.
- Relevant experience in hotel or resort operations, preferably in a supervisory or Duty Manager role within a five-star environment, is highly beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience in hospitality will also be considered.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and professional conduct.
