Daily Responsibilities

- Drive the assigned hospital vehicle safely and responsibly.

- Transport patients, doctors, staff and hospital personnel as instructed.

- Assist patients, elderly persons and mobility-impaired patients while boarding and getting down from the vehicle.

- Respond promptly to emergency transportation requirements.

- Follow traffic rules, road safety practices and hospital protocols.

- Check fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, battery, engine oil, coolant and other basic vehicle conditions before duty.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned vehicle.

- Report vehicle breakdowns, accidents, damages or maintenance requirements immediately.

- Maintain vehicle logbook, trip sheet, mileage and fuel records.

- Ensure all required vehicle documents are available and valid.

- Transport hospital documents, samples, medicines, equipment and other materials when assigned.

- Coordinate with hospital staff regarding patient transportation and vehicle requirements.

- Ensure secure and comfortable transportation of patients.

- Maintain confidentiality regarding patients and hospital-related information.





- Perform any other transportation-related duties assigned by the Management.

Ambulance Responsibilities

- Keep the ambulance clean, sanitized and ready for immediate use.

- Check the availability and proper placement of required emergency equipment.

- Assist medical staff during patient transfer when required.

- Ensure safe loading and unloading of patients.

- Follow emergency transportation procedures and the safest available route.

- Maintain ambulance trip records and emergency transport details.

- Immediately report any shortage, damage or defect in ambulance equipment.

Monthly Responsibilities

- Submit vehicle mileage and fuel records.

- Report regular vehicle servicing and maintenance requirements.

- Ensure vehicle documents, insurance, permits and other applicable documents are kept updated.

- Report recurring vehicle issues to the Administration.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
