Qualification

ITI Draftsman (Mechanical), NCVT/SCVT certified - OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

1 to 2 years on AutoCAD 2D in sheet metal or fabrication drawing. Freshers with positive sample drawings may be considered for a trainee post.

CTC

Rs 2.50 - 3.00 lakh per year, based on experience

Your work

· Make GA drawings and detail drawings in AutoCAD 2D for our fans and blowers - casing, impeller, shaft, pedestal, inlet and outlet, ducting and accessories.

· Turn the selected fan into a complete drawing set that the shop floor can cut and weld from.





· Prepare the Bill of Materials for each drawing set.

· Update drawings when the customer gives comments, and keep the revision record.

· Work with the Pune proposal team so that GA drawings reach the customer quickly.

What you should know

· Able to read and mark a fabrication drawing - weld symbols, plate thickness, tolerances, cut sizes.

· English, Marathi or Hindi, enough to work in a drawing office.

· Useful but not compulsory: sheet metal, fans and blowers, ducting, pressure parts or pollution control equipment. Any 3D CAD experience is a plus.

What you will learn

You will learn custom fan engineering from start to finish. Each drawing you make becomes a real machine on our own shop floor. Working with the design team, you will also learn fan selection, BOM costing and performance testing.
