Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the role of Customer Support Associate in our Banking Process. Candidates should have prior experience in customer support or sales and possess excellent communication skills.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

- Excellent communication skills in English along with Hindi / Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support or Inside Sales
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a target-driven workplace
- Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to banking products and services
- Provide resolutions through voice support/calls
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Achieve process and performance targets

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
