Service NOW Developer

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Development &

• Configuration • Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalogs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and ACLs.
- Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Flow Designer workflows, and Integration Hub solutions.
- Build reusable components and automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine. Integration &
- Automation • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
- Implement workflow automation to streamline IT and business processes.
- Support CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and asset management integrations.
- Create and maintain inbound and outbound data integrations.

Service

Management • Support ITSM processes including: o Incident Management o Problem Management o Change Management o Request Management o Knowledge Management o Asset &
- Configuration Management Quality &
- Governance • Perform unit testing, code reviews, and deployment support.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge articles.
- Participate in release and change management activities.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot platform-related issues.

Other Requirements

Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred. • Additional certifications in ITSM, ITOM, HAM, or Integration Hub are advantageous.
