What Will You Do?
Assist the district administration in preparing robust District and Block Action Plans aligned with
TADP and ABP priorities
Strengthen data ecosystems through improved data flow, analysis, and visualization, enabling timely and targeted interventions
Enhance delivery efficacy of government schemes by supporting better planning, interdepartmental coordination, and rigorous monitoring mechanisms
Conduct ground-truthing of schemes and share real-time feedback to aid in iterative planning and policy refinement
Provide strategic and operational support to the Lakhpati Didi programme under DAY-NRLM, aimed at enhancing SHG household incomes
Facilitate convergence of multiple government schemes (central and state) through coordinated planning with line departments
Promote participatory governance by integrating Village Prosperity & Resilience Plans with Gram
Panchayat Development Plans (GPDP)
Lead efforts in documenting innovations, case studies, and success stories from the field
Support knowledge management and peer learning within and across districts
Organize and lead training workshops for district- and block-level officials, field staff, and CBOs
Liaise with local institutions and technical partners to mobilize additional support for impactful solutions
Minimum of two years of full time work experience
Graduate degree from a recognised university in any discipline
Must be below 30 years of age
Willingness to travel and work in rural areas
This is a third-party payroll position and is initially set till March 2027, with monthly emoluments of
INR 75,000/- only.
