We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to manage the timely and accurate dispatch of Rotary & Digital printed materials and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily dispatch activities and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans and dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with production, stores, logistics, and customers.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and loading of finished products.
- Track shipments and maintain dispatch records.
- Manage dispatch staff and ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

- Experience in Textile printing, packaging, or manufacturing preferred.
- Good knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations.
- Basic computer skills and documentation knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage a team.
