- Supervise day-to-day dispatch and loading activities.

- Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per approved dispatch plans.

- Verify quantity, product details, batch numbers, packaging condition, and other dispatch requirements before loading.

- Coordinate with the Warehouse, Production, Sales, Accounts, and Logistics teams.

- Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists, and transport documents.

- Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle availability and timely loading.

- Ensure proper vehicle loading and secure handling of products.

- Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure vehicles leave on time.

- Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods, pending orders, shortages, damages, and returns.

- Ensure proper documentation for customer returns and damaged/short-supplied material.

- Monitor loading/unloading manpower and ensure proper utilization of resources.

- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

- Conduct physical verification of goods before dispatch.

- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards in the dispatch area.





- Resolve day-to-day dispatch-related issues and escalate major discrepancies to management.

- Prepare daily dispatch reports and other MIS as required.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Graduate/Diploma in any relevant discipline.

- 2–5 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.

- Experience in FMCG/manufacturing industry will be preferred.

- Good knowledge of dispatch documentation and logistics processes.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to manage manpower and work under pressure.

- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
