Managing Director (MD) – Diversified Business Group

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Managing Director (MD) to lead and oversee the operations, growth, and strategic direction of a diversified business group with multiple business verticals.

The MD will be responsible for developing and executing the overall business strategy, driving profitability and sustainable growth, strengthening operational performance, and ensuring effective coordination across different functions and business units.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of business management, finance, operations, and strategic planning.

Experience:

- 10–15+ years of relevant managerial or leadership experience, preferably in a diversified business environment.
- Previous experience in a senior leadership position such as Director, General Manager, Business Head, COO, or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing multiple teams, business functions,



or business verticals.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
