Role & responsibilities
- Generate recent business through direct sales.
- Identify and develop potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales Target
- Build and maintain Strong Customer Relationship.
- Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to Policy Issuance.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain suitable Life insurance products.
- Ensure proper follow-up and customer servicing.
Preferred candidate profile
- 2+ years of experience in Direct Sales / Life Insurance Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
*Good customer Handling and relationship -building skills
- Graduate Preferred.
