Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital / Web QA Engineer with experience in SAP Commerce Cloud and web application testing. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of web testing fundamentals and SAP business processes, particularly the end-to-end order flow from Web/SAP Commerce Cloud to SAP S/4HANA.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test scenarios, validating business processes, identifying defects, and ensuring the quality and usability of digital/web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Perform functional testing of SAP Commerce Cloud / web applications.

Validate the end-to-end order flow from the web application through SAP Commerce Cloud to SAP S/4HANA.

Understand SAP business processes and validate relevant order management scenarios.

Perform functional navigation, usability, and intuitiveness testing.

Validate web pages, layouts, and user journeys across different devices and screen sizes.

Perform cross-browser testing using commonly supported browsers.

Conduct basic web accessibility testing.

Use HTML and browser Developer Tools for web application validation and troubleshooting.

Create detailed test scenarios and test cases based on business and functional requirements.

Execute Functional Testing

Regression Testing

Smoke Testing

Sanity Testing

Integration Testing,

Identify, document, and track defects using the designated defect management tool.

Perform defect retesting after fixes are delivered.

Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not impacted by changes.

Create and maintain test plans, test cases, execution reports, and other QA documentation.

Track testing progress and communicate quality metrics, test results, risks, and defects to stakeholders.

Collaborate with developers, business teams, SAP teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.

Support continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards.

Required Skills Must Have

Experience in Digital / Web Application Testing.

Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud / SAP Commerce.

Understanding of SAP business processes and order management.

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA order flow.

Ability to validate Web → SAP Commerce Cloud → S/4HANA order processing.

Strong understanding of web testing fundamentals.

Knowledge of HTML.

Experience using Browser Developer Tools.

Functional and usability testing experience.

Experience with cross-browser testing.

Basic knowledge of web accessibility testing.

Experience creating and executing test scenarios and test cases.

Hands-on experience in Functional, Regression, Smoke, and Sanity Testing.

Experience in defect logging, tracking, retesting, and closure.

Positive QA documentation and reporting skills.
