Roles and responsibilities -

- Copywriting & Content Creation for ads, posts, captions, scripts, and campaigns across platforms.
- Social Media Strategy & Management - Plan, implement, and manage complete social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand tone.
- Conceptualize and execute integrated digital campaigns, including reels, video ads, static creatives, and influencer-led initiatives.
- Paid Media / ads - Coordinate with performance marketing teams to align creatives, copies, and messaging for paid campaigns.
- Plan and execute influencer outreach campaigns—from ideation to execution and coordination.
- Client Management & Coordination - Handle client interactions for social and performance-related work,



ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.
- Client Relationship Management - Coordinate and manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
- Project & Campaign Management - Coordinate and manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously
- Trend & Platform Expertise - Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and emerging content formats.

What we are looking for -

- Immediate / Early joiner preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience as a Content Writer / Copywriter / Digital Strategist in a digital agency
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Paid campaign execution / monitoring and client co-ordination is an advantage.
- Ability to write for different audiences, tones, and platforms
- knowledge of SEO, social media trends, and digital marketing principles
- Strong research, coordination, and multitasking abilities
- Creative, adaptable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
