Performance Marketer

Location: Dugri Phase 3, Ludhiana, Punjab

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer with strong expertise in Meta Ads who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale campaigns with a clear focus on generating sales and achieving business results.

The ideal candidate should understand Meta Ads beyond basic campaign management and have hands-on experience in developing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, identifying issues, and improving results.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
- Develop performance-driven strategies focused on sales and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and other key metrics.
- Analyze campaign data and identify performance issues or opportunities.
- Test different audiences, creatives, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
- Optimize campaigns to improve sales, conversions, and overall ROI.
- Identify reasons for underperforming campaigns and implement suitable solutions.
- Manage and scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.




- Work closely with the creative/content team to develop effective ad creatives.
- Stay updated with changes and best practices in Meta advertising.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram advertising.
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, targeting, retargeting, funnels, and optimization.
- Proven ability to generate sales through Meta Ads.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing ad budgets and optimizing campaigns for performance.
- A sales-driven and results-oriented mindset.
