About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist who can think strategically and execute hands-on someone who knows how to grow a brand's presence, build community, and turn followers into a movement. You'll play a key role in shaping how Beyond Small Talk shows up online.

What You'll Do

Design and drive digital marketing strategy across Instagram and other platforms

Own the content calendar, campaign planning, and brand storytelling





Plan and manage paid social/performance marketing campaigns

Track performance metrics and translate data into decisions

Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and the events team

Stay ahead of trends in the dating, lifestyle, and community space

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing / social media strategy

Solid understanding of Instagram growth and content strategy

Hands-on experience running paid ads (Meta Ads, etc.)

A data-driven approach paired with creative, strategic thinking

Excellent communication skills

- Experience with lifestyle, dating, D2C, or community-led brands is a plus
