Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and manage digital marketing activities to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various online platforms.

- Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, graphics, and promotional campaigns.

- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.

- Handle SEO activities, including keyword research, website optimization, content planning, and basic backlink activities.

- Manage and update website content, landing pages, and promotional information.

- Conduct market and competitor research to identify current digital marketing opportunities.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper follow-up and conversion of digital leads.

- Track leads, inquiries, website traffic, engagement,



conversions, and other key performance indicators.

- Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports for management.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices.

- Coordinate with designers, video editors, agencies, and other external vendors whenever required.

- Maintain consistency in company branding and communication across all digital platforms.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing

- Good understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads

- Knowledge of SEO and SEM

- Social media management and content marketing

- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / Google Search Console

- Lead generation and campaign optimization

- Good content-writing and communication skills

- Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic-design tools

- Ability to analyze marketing data and prepare reports

- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
