Hiring: Digital Marketing Specialist – Performance Marketing

Location: Delhi | Experience: 2+ Years | Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our performance marketing efforts, with a solid focus on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation for our B2B/IT clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Drive performance marketing initiatives with an emphasis on qualified lead generation
- Monitor and optimize key metrics — CPL, CTR, CPA, and ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
- Track campaign performance and deliver regular, data-backed reports
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance lead quality and conversion rates

Required Skills: Meta Ads | Google Ads | Lead Generation | Performance Analytics | Retargeting | Conversion Tracking

Preferred Background: B2B, IT, or Software industry experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
