Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Chennai.

The Digital Marketing

Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to increase awareness of HAC Foundation’s programs and initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and responding to online inquiries. The role involves tracking campaign performance using web analytics tools, preparing reports, and recommending improvements.



The specialist will collaborate with program and fundraising teams to align online marketing efforts with organizational goals, manage email campaigns, and ensure consistent communication across digital platforms.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing to manage and grow the foundation’s digital presence.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to plan campaigns and analyze performance data.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to create clear, engaging content and collaborate with internal teams.
- Experience with content creation (text, images, video) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is beneficial.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and SEO best practices is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the nonprofit or social impact sector is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Chennai, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving organizational needs.
