At Brands2Be, we're expanding our Google Ads team and looking for Performance Marketing Specialists (Senior) who are passionate about performance marketing, lead generation, analytics, and solving complex business problems.

Over the last 20+ years, we've helped businesses across multiple industries scale through Google Ads. That experience led to the development of AdsIntelli, our AI google advertising platform that helps businesses identify ad spend wastage, improve campaign performance, and make smarter optimization decisions.

What You'll Work On

- Plan, build, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Generate qualified leads while improving ROAS and reducing CPL
- Analyze campaign performance using data and insights
- Work with AI-driven recommendations through AdsIntelli
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and analytics teams
- Manage enterprise-level advertising budgets (Senior Roles)
- Build scalable lead generation strategies

Google Ads Specialist Requirements

- 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Proven experience managing high-budget lead generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and optimization

- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Conversion Tracking

- Meta Ads experience is an advantage
- Engineering graduates with strong analytical thinking will be preferred
