This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Manager who will own SEO as a core responsibility while also planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across search and digital channels, driving traffic, conversions, and measurable growth for client brands. You'll work closely with creative and strategy teams to align messaging and landing pages with campaign goals, and stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates.

This role is remote, based candidates are welcome to work out of our Kozhikode office. Occasional travel to Kozhikode may be required from time to time, exact frequency is flexible and entirely negotiable.

Responsibilities

- Own SEO strategy end-to-end: technical audits, on-page optimization, content structuring, link building, and ongoing site health monitoring
- Conduct keyword research and translate insights into effective SEO and paid search initiatives
- Plan, manage, and optimize Paid Search Campaigns and overall paid search strategy, including budget management and ROI optimization
- Explore and apply GEO/AEO (Generative/Answer Engine Optimization) practices to improve visibility on AI-driven search and answer engines
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align messaging and landing pages with campaign goals
- Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements
- Stay current with industry trends and platform updates to ensure best-in-class digital marketing practices

Qualifications

- Strong digital marketing foundation across multiple channels, with SEO as a core strength
- Hands-on experience in Paid Search Campaigns and Paid Search Strategy, with a track record of managing budgets and optimizing for ROI




- Proficiency in Keyword Research and turning insights into SEO and paid search initiatives
- Experience using analytics and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads)
- Familiarity with GEO/AEO is a plus; if you don't have hands-on experience yet, a genuine willingness to learn is important
- Ability to interpret data, prepare clear performance reports, and make actionable recommendations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team
- Organized, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Open to candidates at any stage of their career with strong fundamentals--experience level is flexible for the right fit
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferable but not required. We are also happy with equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in a creative or digital agency environment and familiarity with brand strategy work is a plus
