Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of Froody’s digital growth. You will spearhead our online presence, generate high-quality B2B leads across the food and hospitality sector, manage brand communication, and scale performance marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

*Performance*Marketing* & Lead Gen Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Search/Display, LinkedIn) focused on B2B client acquisition (restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, caterers).

*Social Media & Brand Building

Oversee content planning, copy, and posting schedules across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook to position Froody as an industry leader.

Content & Campaigns:

Collaborate on video reels,



product launch creatives, email sequences, and case studies highlighting Froody’s value proposition.

Website & SEO Management: Maintain and optimize website content, landing pages, and search rankings to improve inbound conversion rates.

Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates), analyze campaign ROI, and provide actionable optimization reports.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 3–4 years of proven hands-on experience in digital marketing (experience in B2B, FMCG, food tech, or hospitality is a strong plus).

Skills: Strong command over Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, basic SEO, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).

Creative Eye: Solid understanding of visual storytelling, short-form video hooks, and B2B messaging.

Execution: Self-starter mindset capable of handling end-to-end execution—from ideation and setup to monitoring and reporting.
