We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our Palakkad branch and help drive both our clients' success and our agency's regional growth.

Role OverviewWe are seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Manager who brings a complete, overall skill set in digital marketing, combined with solid sales and client-handling abilities. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing digital campaigns, acquiring new clients through proactive outreach, and serving as the strategic point of contact for our existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Comprehensive Digital Marketing: Oversee and execute end-to-end digital strategies, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media management, and lead generation.
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Proactively reach out to prospective business owners via cold calling to pitch our digital marketing services and schedule consultations.
- Sales & Business Development: Actively identify and close new business opportunities to expand the agency's client base in and around Palakkad.
- Client Handling & Account Management:



Serve as the primary liaison for clients. Understand their business goals, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Strategy & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics, optimize ongoing strategies, and present clear ROI reports to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with design, content, and web development teams to deliver high-quality marketing assets and campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing (SEO, paid advertising, and social media).
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and direct lead generation.
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Malayalam and English.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.
- A results-driven mindset focused on revenue growth for both the agency and its clients.
