Role Description This is an internship role for a Digital Marketing Intern in a hybrid setup based in Kochi, with some flexibility for work from home. The intern will support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media and online channels, focusing on brand awareness and lead generation for Infython and its clients. Day-to-day tasks include creating AI-generated posters and visual assets, writing engaging copy for posts and ads, and scheduling and publishing content across platforms.

The intern will assist in monitoring campaign performance,



analyzing web and social media metrics, and preparing basic reports and insights. Collaboration with the marketing and design teams, participation in brainstorming sessions, and contributing creative ideas for digital content will be part of the regular responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing for designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and improve campaign outcomes.
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills for writing clear, engaging content and collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Basic familiarity with AI-based design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva with AI features) and an interest in visual storytelling and poster design.
- Ability to learn quickly, handle multiple tasks, and work in a hybrid environment based in Kochi with some remote work flexibility.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a genuine interest in digital transformation, AI technologies, and business growth solutions.
