We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online marketing, social media and paid advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads and should be able to manage our digital marketing activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Instagram and Facebook accounts
- Plan, create and schedule social media posts, Reels and promotional content
- Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Run and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, sales and ROI
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize spending
- Conduct audience research and campaign targeting
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance
- Develop marketing strategies to increase online reach, enquiries and sales
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram, Facebook and Google advertising trends
- Coordinate with the content and online sales team

Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing




- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Strong experience with Google Ads
- Valuable knowledge of Instagram and Facebook marketing
- Experience with campaign optimization and performance tracking
- Understanding of Google Analytics / GA4 is an advantage
- Creative thinking and good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve marketing targets
- Experience in fashion, textile, retail or e-commerce is an advantage
