- Manage the company’s social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.

- Plan and execute social media calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities.

- Create engaging content such as posts, reels, videos, captions, and promotional creatives.

- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and other departments for marketing content.

- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.

- Generate and track leads through digital marketing channels.

- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.

- Conduct basic keyword research and support SEO activities to improve online visibility.

- Maintain and update website content whenever required.





- Monitor competitors and identify recent digital marketing trends and opportunities.

- Prepare regular reports on social media and digital campaign performance.

- Respond to online queries, comments, and customer messages professionally.

- Ensure consistent branding and communication across all digital platforms.

- Support the marketing team in planning promotional events and company campaigns.
