About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can own our organic growth strategy end-to-end — from traditional SEO to the emerging world of AI-driven search (AEO, GEO, and LLM visibility). You'll be responsible for making sure Quokka Labs shows up wherever people, and increasingly AI models, are searching for answers.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings
- Drive AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives to improve brand visibility across LLM-based platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity
- Monitor Google core updates and algorithm changes, and adapt strategy proactively
- Manage and grow social media presence across relevant platforms
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to inform SEO and content strategy
- Track, analyze, and report on website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness




- Collaborate with content and design teams to execute SEO-friendly content and lead generation campaigns
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing
- Strong working knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO
- Familiarity with AEO, GEO, and optimizing for LLM-based search/discovery
- Proven experience managing social media channels and campaigns
- Comfortable working with SEO and analytics tools: SEMrush, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, Google Tag Manager
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity for research and content workflows
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Valuable to Have

- Experience with HubSpot or email marketing platforms
- Exposure to B2B / SaaS marketing
