Requirements

- 1 years in digital or performance marketing, preferably with a ecommerce brand

- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads (Google Ads a plus)

- Working knowledge of Shopify, pixels and analytics (GA4 or Clarity)

- Comfortable with numbers — able to read a report and decide what to do next

- Strong follow-up skills; a lot of this role is chasing agencies until the work is done

- Good written English and Hindi

Responsibilities

- Build the monthly marketing plan and campaign calendar, including festive campaigns planned 20–30 days in advance

- Research competitor brands and bring back ideas we can use — creatives, offers, hooks, landing pages

- Plan, run and optimise Meta and Google ads; track spend, ROAS, CTR and CPP daily and act on the numbers

- Test creatives, audiences and offers regularly and keep a record of what worked





- Coordinate with the ads agency — brief them, review their campaigns, and make sure the budget is spent well

- Work with UGC agencies and creators: send briefs, ship products, follow up, and approve videos before they go live

- Write and approve reel scripts, hooks and content angles

- Find and reach out to influencers for barter and paid collabs, negotiate deals, track deliverables and measure results

- Coordinate daily with the social media agency and website developer to keep work on track

- Share a weekly report with the founder on work done, numbers and next steps

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
