Meta Ads Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires analytical thinking, creativity, and a passion for performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for multiple objectives including awareness, traffic, lead generation, and sales.

- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to optimize performance.

- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.

- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and scale campaigns effectively.

- Stay updated with Meta advertising trends, tools, and best practices.

- Generate performance reports and present insights to stakeholders regularly.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager or Business Manager.





- Robust understanding of paid social media advertising, audience targeting, and optimization strategies.

- Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance data and deriving actionable insights.

- Experience with A/B testing, pixel tracking, and conversion tracking.

- Knowledge of social media trends and creative ad formats.

- Excellent communication and reporting skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with e-commerce and lead-generation campaigns.

- Familiarity with Meta Creative Studio or other ad creative tools.

- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and digital marketing analytics.
