Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced qualified to lead digital engagement and content initiatives. The role involves managing SEO, CRM, and social media teams, while driving impactful content strategies that align with business goals and enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Lead CRM & SEO teams, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely deliverables.
- Content Strategy: Plan, create, edit, and manage content across blogs, websites, landing pages, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Financial Content Creation: Develop engaging content on equity markets, mutual funds, trading, personal finance, and investments.
- Copywriting: Write and review marketing copy for ads, landing pages, emails, and websites.
- SEO Optimization: Guide keyword research, on‑page optimization, and content updates to improve rankings and conversions.
- Social Media Marketing: Execute strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Performance Monitoring: Track SEO and content metrics, using insights to improve traffic and conversions.
- Collaboration:



Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure quality and timely execution.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through SEO & CRM.
- Enhance conversions with high‑impact content and copywriting.
- Strengthen brand authority with research‑driven, audience‑focused content.
- Execute social media strategies for visibility and engagement.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 7 years of experience in digital content, SEO, and marketing.
- Strong financial domain knowledge including stock markets, investment products, and economic trends.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for research and content structuring.
- Excellent creativity, time management, and communication skills.

Qualifications

- MBA in Finance & Marketing / Marketing Communication
- OR B.A. (Honours) in English

Work Schedule

- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Weekly meetings at Agra office (Monday & Tuesday)
