Content Creator - Kids BrandLocation: Gurugram

About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator to join our growing kids’ brand. You will be responsible for creating engaging content for Instagram and other social media platforms that connects with parents and children and helps grow our brand organically.

What You’ll Do

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, posts, stories, and short-form videos
- Come up with creative content ideas around kids, learning, activities, parenting, and our products
- Shoot and edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.
- Write simple, engaging captions and hooks
- Follow social media trends and identify ideas that can be adapted for our brand
- Help plan and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar
- Create product-focused, educational, and entertaining content
- Experiment with different content formats and analyze what performs best
- Ensure content is fun, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand

What We’re Looking For




- Strong creativity and a valuable sense of visual content
- Understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content
- Ability to come up with fresh and engaging content ideas
- Basic video shooting and editing skills
- Comfortable appearing on camera when required
- Good communication and storytelling skills
- Knowledge of Canva and/or CapCut is a plus
- Someone who actively follows Instagram trends and viral content
- Most importantly, someone who is creative, proactive, and willing to experiment

Bonus Points If You
- Have worked with a kids, education, parenting, lifestyle, or D2C brand
- Have experience creating UGC-style content
- Have grown or managed an Instagram page
- Understand what makes parents stop scrolling and engage
- Have a good eye for photography, framing, and visual presentation
