We are looking for DGM/GM/Sr GM- EHS for our reputed MNC Client based at Bangalore and Hyd

Role Purpose The Senior General Manager - Environment, Health, Safety (EHS) provides strategic leadership and governance for Organisational EHS agenda across India. The role is accountable for driving a world-class safety culture, ensuring environmental stewardship, accelerating Organisational sustainability ambitions, and embedding EHS&S; into business strategy, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives. The position serves as the principal advisor to the India Leadership Team on all aspects of Environment, Health, Safety, Sustainability, ESG, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, and organizational resilience.

The incumbent will lead the transformation toward Zero Harm, operational sustainability, and responsible growth while ensuring alignment with Organisational purpose, values, and Sustainability Impact commitments.

Qualifications & Experience

- 20+ years of progressive EHS&S; leadership experience within multinational manufacturing, industrial, engineering, energy, or technology organizations.
- Minimum 10 years leading multi-site EHS organizations with direct accountability for strategy and performance.
- Demonstrated success in transforming safety culture and driving enterprise-wide change.
- Proven experience leading sustainability, ESG, decarbonization, and climate-action initiatives.
- Experience supporting large-scale manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Robust exposure to Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, and digital EHS solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and drive strategic business outcomes.
- Experience managing regulatory relationships and external stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Certifications Professional certifications such as NEBOSH International Diploma, Certified Safety Professional (CSP), ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, ISO 50001 Lead Auditor, Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or equivalent sustainability and ESG certifications will be highly desirable.
