About the Role

Vipul Organics Limited is looking for an experienced DGFT & EXIM Compliance Specialist to take ownership of the Company's DGFT compliances, Advance Authorisation, export obligations, EODC/redemption, RoDTEP, EPCG, DFIA, IEC and overall Import-Export compliance.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in DGFT portal operations, Advance Authorisation, Customs/ICEGATE, import-export documentation, export incentives and regulatory compliance.

This is an execution and ownership role. The person should be capable of independently managing the complete EXIM compliance cycle and ensuring that the Company does not suffer any financial loss, missed benefit or regulatory lapse due to non-compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. DGFT & ADVANCE AUTHORISATION

- End-to-end handling of Advance Authorisation / Advance Licence.
- Prepare and submit DGFT applications and manage approvals.
- Monitor import entitlement, utilisation and balance entitlement.
- Maintain licence-wise import and export records.
- Track export obligation and prescribed timelines.
- Handle amendments, extensions, invalidation and other DGFT requirements.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, SCM, Export, Finance and CHA teams.
- Ensure timely utilisation and closure of authorisations.

1. EXPORT OBLIGATION & EODC / REDEMPTION

- Maintain a comprehensive Advance Authorisation & Export Obligation Master Tracker.
- Monitor export obligation licence-wise and product-wise.
- Reconcile exports/Shipping Bills against respective authorisations.
- Identify upcoming EO deadlines and potential shortfalls.
- Prepare and submit EODC / Redemption applications.
- Follow up with DGFT authorities until final closure.
- Resolve discrepancies between DGFT, Customs/ICEGATE and internal records.
- Ensure no eligible export is missed for fulfilment of export obligations.

1. EXIM COMPLIANCE IMPORTS

- Review and verify:

- Bills of Entry

- Commercial Invoices

- Packing Lists

- Import documents

- Duty/payment details

- Advance Authorisation/EPCG utilisation
- Ensure correct classification, documentation and scheme utilisation.
- Ensure proper reconciliation of imports with DGFT authorisations.





1. EXIM COMPLIANCE EXPORTS

- Ensure accuracy of:

- Shipping Bills

- Export Invoices

- Packing Lists

- HS/ITC codes

- DGFT declarations

- Export incentive declarations
- Monitor export documentation from filing through closure.
- Ensure Shipping Bills are correctly mapped for DGFT/export benefit purposes.

1. DGFT , ICEGATE / CUSTOMS RECONCILIATION

- Regularly reconcile DGFT, ICEGATE, Customs and internal ERP records.

- Identify discrepancies relating to

- Shipping Bills

- Bills of Entry

- Licence utilisation

- Import quantities/value

- Export obligation

- Duty benefits

- Export incentives
- Coordinate with CHA and Customs for rectification.
- Ensure timely closure of all discrepancies.

1. RoDTEP & • EXPORT INCENTIVES

- Manage RoDTEP and applicable export incentive compliances.
- Verify applicable HS codes and benefit rates.
- Coordinate with Export and Finance teams for correct claims.

- Monitor generation, utilisation and realisation of export benefits.
- Track changes in DGFT notifications, FTP and applicable schemes.
- Identify opportunities to maximise legitimate benefits available to the Company.

1. EPCG / DFIA / OTHER DGFT SCHEMES

- Handle EPCG applications and related compliances.
- Monitor EPCG export obligations and redemption.
- Handle DFIA and other applicable DGFT schemes.

- Maintain records of active, utilised and closed authorisations.
- Ensure timely submission of required documents and applications.

1. IEC & • DGFT PORTAL

- Maintain and update Company's IEC and DGFT profile.
- Handle amendments relating to company, bank, branch and authorised signatory details.
- Independently operate the DGFT portal.
- Track applications, deficiencies, queries and approvals.




- Ensure timely responses to DGFT queries.

1. EXIM MIS & • MANAGEMENT REPORTING

Prepare a monthly DGFT & • EXIM Compliance MIS covering:

- Advance Authorisations
- Import entitlement vs. utilisation
- Export obligation vs. achievement
- EODC / Redemption status
- EPCG status
- RoDTEP benefits
- Import/export documentation status
- DGFT/ICEGATE discrepancies
- Licence expiry/EO deadline
- Pending DGFT matters
- Financial/compliance exposure
- Action required
- Risk areas

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE Candidates must have practical, hands-on experience in:
- DGFT Portal
- Advance Authorisation / Advance Licence
- Export Obligation
- EODC / Redemption
- Import-Export Compliance
- ICEGATE / Customs
- RoDTEP
- EPCG / DFIA
- IEC
- Shipping Bills & Bills of Entry
- CHA coordination
- EXIM documentation and reconciliation

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

- Takes complete ownership of DGFT and EXIM compliance.
- Has personally handled Advance Authorisation and EODC/Redemption.
- Understands the practical connection between DGFT, ICEGATE, Customs and internal ERP.
- Can identify compliance risks before they become financial liabilities.
- Is robust in Excel, reconciliation and MIS.
- Has excellent follow-up and documentation skills.
- Can independently manage multiple licences and deadlines.
- Can confidently deal with DGFT, Customs, CHA and consultants.
- Can work with minimum supervision and provide clear updates to senior management.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

- 100% timely monitoring of Export Obligations.
- Timely EODC/Redemption of eligible authorisations.
- Maximum utilisation of eligible DGFT/export benefits.
- Zero avoidable financial loss due to EXIM/DGFT non-compliance.
- Accurate DGFTICEGATE reconciliation.
- Zero missed licence/EO deadlines.
- Timely closure of DGFT queries and deficiencies.
- Accurate EXIM and DGFT MIS.
- Reduction of pending/outstanding DGFT cases.
- Strong control over external CHA/consultant deliverables.

IDEAL CANDIDATE: A 5 to 10 year experienced DGFT/EXIM professional who can independently manage the Company's complete Import-Export compliance and DGFT lifecycle.
