Key ResponsibiliƟes
1. Corporate AccounƟng Leadership
Lead and manage the Corporate Accounts funcƟon across all business divisions. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial records.
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Establish and monitor accounƟng policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
Lead conƟnuous process improvement and finance automaƟon iniƟaƟves.
1. Financial ReporƟng & MIS
Ensure Ɵmely preparaon of monthly financial statements and management reports. Review Balance Sheet schedules and General Ledger reconciliaons.
Monitor profitability, cost analysis, and variance reporng.
Present financial insights to senior management.
Ensure mely submission of MIS and reports required by management and stakeholders.
1. Accounts Receivable & Revenue Accounng
Oversee Sales Accounng and Receivable Controls. Monitor debtor ageing and collecons.
Review customer reconciliaons and outstanding balances.
Supervise commission accounng.
Ensure accurate salary accounƟng and related reconciliaons.
1. Accounts Payable & General Accounng
Oversee vendor accounng and payment processes. Monitor expense accounng and provisioning.
Ensure mely accounƟng of TDS, GST, and other statutory deducƟons. Review vendor reconciliaons and payable ageing.
Ensure proper accounng for miscellaneous purchases and operaƟonal expenses. 5. Banking & Treasury Operaons
Supervise banking transacons, fund movements, and reconciliaons.
Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow reporng.
Review bank reconciliaons on a regular basis.
Coordinate banking MIS and audit requirements.
Liaise with banks for operaonal and compliance maƩers.

Balance Sheet & General Ledger Control
Ensure complete Balance Sheet integrity. Review all GL reconciliaons.
Monitor creaƟon and maintenance of Chart of Accounts.
Ensure proper accounƟng treatments as per applicable Accounng Standards.
Drive Ɵmely closure of open accounƟng issues.
1. Government IncenƟves & Export Perks
Oversee accounƟng and reconciliaƟon of government incenve schemes including: o RoDTEP o ROSCTL o Duty Drawback o Job Work Accounng o Spinning Unit AccounƟng o Tesng & Inspecon accounng Ensure proper documentaƟon and audit readiness.
1. Audit & Compliance
Lead Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, and Cost Audit. Coordinate with external auditors and consultants. Ensure Ɵmely closure of audit observaons.
Maintain compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
1. Internal Controls & Risk Management
Strengthen financial governance and internal controls. Idenfy financial and compliance risks.
Implement correcƟve and prevenve acƟons.
Ensure adherence to company policies and accounƟng standards.
1. Team Leadership
Lead and mentor Managers, Deputy Managers, Assistant Managers, Execuves, and CA Interns. Allocate responsibiliƟes and monitor team performance. Build succession planning and capability development.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboraƟon, and conƟnuous improvement. Team Under Supervision

CA Interns Desired Candidate Profile EducaƟon
Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory. Experience 12–18 years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance & Accounts. Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing large accounƟng teams. Experience in manufacturing/export-oriented organizaƟons is mandatory.
