DG OPERATOR –

Position: DG Operator

Department: Engineering / Facility Management

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor DG Sets safely and efficiently.
- Start and stop the DG Set during power failure as per requirement.
- Monitor DG panel, voltage, frequency, current, and load.
- Check diesel level, engine oil, coolant, battery, and other parameters regularly.
- Maintain DG running-hour and diesel consumption records.
- Perform routine inspection and basic preventive maintenance.
- Identify abnormal noise, vibration, overheating, leakage, or other faults.
- Handle DG breakdowns and emergency situations promptly.
- Coordinate with the Engineering/Maintenance team for major repairs.
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and SOPs.
- Maintain daily logbooks, checklists, and maintenance records.

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Diesel Mechanic, or a related technical trade preferred.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
