Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated DevOps Team Lead Engineer with 4-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in cloud technologies (Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services), along with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, logging frameworks, and other core DevOps practices. You should be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.

- Build, deploy, and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Work on cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure) for deployment, scaling, and monitoring.

- Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.

- Collaborate with development teams to streamline build and release processes.

- Ensure system security, compliance, and best practices in DevOps processes.

- Troubleshoot issues across development, test, and production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4-5 years of experience in a DevOps or related engineering role.





- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar).

- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

- Robust experience with at least one cloud provider (GCP preferred, AWS, or Azure).

- Knowledge of logging, monitoring, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK, Stackdriver, Grafana).

- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar) is a plus.

- Good understanding of networking, security, and system administration concepts.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills. Should be able to manage a team with 3-4 members.

- DevOps engineering with hands-on responsibility for vulnerability scanning, patch management, and remediation across infrastructure, applications, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer or equivalent certification.

- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native applications.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
