Hardware, Software & Network Troubleshooting

? Key Responsibilities:

Manage IT infrastructure, endpoints, user access, onboarding & offboarding

Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues

Support DevOps pipelines, automation and cloud infrastructure

Monitor vulnerabilities and perform security remediation

Maintain security controls and ISMS compliance

Document configurations, procedures and incidents
