About The Role The NetDevOps Consultant at SISL Global will play a pivotal role in transforming network operations through automation, integration, and orchestration across diverse environments including cloud, edge, and enterprise networks. This position requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in network engineering, automation, and AI-driven operations. The role focuses on implementing Network Infrastructure as Code (NetIaC), developing CI/CD pipelines, and leveraging AI and observability tools to enhance network reliability, security, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design resilient, scalable, and automated network solutions aligned with modern operational models such as SRE and AI-first strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that shape the future of network operations and digital infrastructure.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a strong background in network engineering, with extensive hands-on experience in network automation and DevOps practices. Relevant certifications in networking (such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent), cloud platforms (Azure, GCP),



and automation tools are preferred. A deep understanding of core networking protocols and concepts such as BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, and QoS is essential.

Experience with scripting languages like Python, and automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and orchestration platforms like Itential, is required. Familiarity with observability platforms, ITSM integrations, and multi-cloud networking environments will be advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor team members in best practices.

Responsibilities The NetDevOps Consultant will be responsible for developing and managing network automation workflows and infrastructure as code using Python, Ansible, and Terraform. They will design and implement CI/CD pipelines leveraging GitOps principles, APIs, and orchestration tools to streamline network service provisioning and management. Automating connectivity services such as VLAN, DNS, Firewall, and DDI, integrated with ServiceNow and ITSM workflows, will be a core part of the role.

The consultant will drive AI/ML use cases including WAN capacity forecasting, anomaly detection, and self-healing networks to enhance operational intelligence. Managing observability platforms like SolarWinds Orion, Elastic, and Grafana for proactive monitoring and insights is essential. The role also involves supporting AI agent integrations, ensuring compliance, security, and cost optimization through AI-driven insights,



and collaborating with cloud, IAM, SRE, and platform teams across Azure, GCP, and edge environments.

Participation in design reviews focusing on resilience, scalability, and automation readiness is expected, along with creating reusable playbooks, pipelines, and modules for various workflows. Mentoring engineers and promoting best practices in NetDevOps and reliability engineering will be vital. The role requires supporting global 24/7 operations, aligned with SRE principles, and driving incident reduction through AI and observability enhancements.
